Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of healthcare and nutritional products, refunds are provided only in genuine cases and under specific conditions.
A refund may be considered only if:
- The product received is damaged.
- The product received is defective.
- The product received is incorrect (different from the item ordered).
Refunds will not be applicable for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Mandatory Proof for Refund
Refund requests will only be processed if valid proof is submitted.
To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide:
- A clear and continuous unboxing video recorded while opening the parcel.
The video must clearly show:
- The sealed outer package.
- The shipping label.
- The product received inside the parcel.
Important: Refund requests submitted without an unboxing video or sufficient supporting evidence will not be accepted.
Refund Request Timeline
- Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Requests received after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
No Refund After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds after dispatch will only be considered if:
- The customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- Valid proof (including the mandatory unboxing video and supporting images, if required) is provided.
Non-Refundable Delivery Failures
Refunds will not be issued if an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
- Customer unavailable during delivery attempts.
- Refusal to accept the shipment.
- Failure to collect the parcel from the courier within the stipulated time.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring timely receipt of their shipment.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Opened or used products.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Products purchased during sale events, discounts, promotional campaigns, or special offers.
- Shipping, courier, or handling charges.
- Orders refused or returned due to customer-related reasons.
Refund Processing
- Customers will be notified once the returned product is received and inspected.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited only to the original mode of payment.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for cash refunds.
Final Decision Rights
Universe Biotech reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request after verification of the submitted evidence and the returned product. Any false claims, fraudulent activity, or misuse of this policy may result in rejection of the refund request.
